Senior Strategist | Growth Strategy & Data Analytics
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Senior Strategist who will have ownership of leading teams to deliver projects that tackle the most pertinent marketing challenges for our clients. This specific role will have a focus in commercial strategy and data analytics – a core part of our business.

What you’ll do
Here’s a snap shot of what the role will look like:
You will be expected to make sense of multiple sources of data that will enable our clients to accelerate their brand or business growth.
You will do this by coaching our junior team of strategists, working in tandem with our leading AI tools, and collaborating with the senior team who take overall responsibility for driving client relationships.
You will be a central point of contact internally and externally – driving team members and external partners and being a day-to-day lead with our clients.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
We’re looking for someone who ticks most of these boxes:
Typically has 4+ years working either in or across both growth consultancy, research leadership or client-side marketing roles.
Enjoys the combination of analytical thinking and research, commercial storytelling and marketing strategy & implementation.
Haw worked on commercial strategy or demand science programmes, managing, and analysing primary and secondary data sources (ranging from primary quantitative data through to digital data sources) and shaping recommendations and strategies from this.
Has prior experience in creating trusted advisor relationships with client by provoking them to address their challenges differently and would like to take this further.
Has a desire to inspire the growth of others, and are happy to collaborate rather than solely solving things alone.
Bonus points: You have an eye on emerging artificial intelligence and machine learning developments
