Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a candidate who will be at the heart of understanding culture and trends. You'll use our innovative AI platform, Visible, to analyse and gain valuable insights, supporting Cultural Strategy, Brand Purpose Development, and Innovation projects.

What you’ll do
Here’s a snap shot of what the role will look like:
You'll use our innovative Cultural Insight AI platform, Visible, to analyse and gain valuable insights, supporting Cultural Strategy, Brand Purpose Development, and Innovation projects.
Working closely with our global partners, you'll bring diverse perspectives from around the world to our projects.
Your responsibilities include creating compelling presentations for clients, staying updated on cultural trends, hashtags, social media, brand content and new media to inspire the team.
As a central point of contact, you'll collaborate with both internal and external teams, ensuring efficient and impactful project delivery. Your passion for culture and creativity will make you a key player in our team!
What You’ll Need to Succeed
We’re looking for someone who ticks most of these boxes:
Typically has 18 months - 2 years experience in growth consultancy, analytics, editorial, or client-side marketing roles.
Culturally curious, connected to global and local culture and able to spot shiny new things be they social media trends or brands that are doing something different.
Able to see patterns, pull out themes and insights from large collections of visual data, and express those patterns clearly and in a visually engaging way.
Understanding of classic marketing strategy and the ways in which it’s changing through AI technologies and data.
Has experience in transforming the status-quo of marketing through disruptive thinking, with a track record of experiences that showcase your edge.
